Petice mezinárodní organizace AVAAZ  za záchranu bylinné medicíny  neevropského původu v EU.

Za tři dny Evropská unie zakáže mnoho bylinných léků... Směrnice EU zvedá vysoké bariéry (omezení) pro jakékoliv bylinné léky, které nebyly v Evropě na trhu 30 let - včetně skutečně veškeré čínské, ajurvédské a africké tradiční medicíny. Je to drakonický manévr (tah), který pomáhá farmaceutickým společnostem a ignoruje tisícileté lékařské poznání.    Je třeba proti tomu vyjádřit hromadný protest. Společně mohou naše hlasy přimět Evropskou komisi, aby tuto směrnici opravila a zatlačila na národní vlády, aby ji odmítly implementovat a poskytla tím možnost projednat tento případ před soudem. Podepiště, prosím, níže petici a pošlete tento email všem, ať dosáhneme 1 milionů hlasů pro záchranu bylinné medicíny.  http://www.avaaz.org/en/eu_herbal_medicine_ban/?vl  Nechce se tomu uvěřit, ale po implementaci této směrnice by mohlo dojít k tomu, že pokud je například dítě nemocné a existuje pro tuto nemoc bezpečná bylinná medicína, mohlo by se stát nemožným tento lék sehnat.   Od 1. května bude tato směrnice vytvářet velké bariéry pro výrobu bylinných léků, vyžadující enormní náklady (ceny), roky úsilí a nekonečné expertní procesy, aby produkt mohl být schválen. Farmaceutické společnosti mají zdroje, aby touto obručí proskočily, avšak stovky malých a středně velkých bylinných lékařských firem po celé Evropě i po celém světě zkrachují.  Můžeme tomu však zabránit. Směrnice prošla ve stínu byrokracie a nemůže obstát ve světle demokratického přezkoumání (kontroly). Evropská komise ji může odvolat a opravit a soud být vyzván, aby udělal totéž. Pokud se evropští občané všude dají dohromary, poskytne to legitimitu pro možnost soudního projednání a vytvoří to tlak na Evropskou komisi. http://www.avaaz.org/en/eu_herbal_medicine_ban/?vl Existují argumenty pro lepší regulaci přírodní medicíny, avšak tato drakonická směrnice poškodí možnost Evropanů činit sami bezpečnou a zdravou volbu. In 3 days, the EU will ban much of herbal medicine, pressing more of us to take pharmaceutical drugs that drive the profits of big Pharma. The EU Directive erects high barriers to any herbal remedy that hasn't been on the market for 30 years -- including virtually all Chinese, Ayurvedic, and African traditional medicine. It's a draconian move that helps drug companies and ignores thousands of years of medical knowledge. We need a massive outcry against this. Together, our voices can press the EU Commission to fix the directive, push our national governments to refuse to implement it, and give legitimacy to a legal case before the courts. On May 1st the Directive will create major barriers to manufactured herbal remedies, requiring enormous costs, years of effort, and endless expert processes to get each and every product approved. Pharmaceutical companies have the resources to jump through these hoops but hundreds of small- and medium-sized herbal medicine businesses, across Europe and worldwide, will go bust. We can stop this. The directive has been passed in the shadows of the bureaucracy, and it cannot stand under the light of democratic scrutiny. The EU Commission can withdraw or amend it, and a court case is currently challenging it to do so. If European citizens everywhere come together now, it will give legitimacy to the legal case, and add to growing pressure on the Commission.
